Founded by Jason, Jerk 21 is dedicated to one thing only: true Caribbean Jerk. Specialising in chicken, pork, and fish, Jason brings the fire, flavour, and smoke of his Jamaican and St Lucian roots straight to the pan. Inspired by his Gran, who first showed him how to use a small BBQ, Jason has mastered the art with drive and determination.
